The Capital Connector, operating as 888 BANKROLL, is a marketing and matching network. We are not a lender, a bank, or a mortgage broker. We connect real estate investors with independent capital providers who make their own credit decisions.

We collect only what we need to route your deal to a capital partner:

• Contact detailsName, phone number, and email address you enter on our intake forms or provide by text or phone.
• Deal informationLoan type, requested amount, property state and type, purchase or refinance details, timeline, and self-reported experience.
• Self-reported credit rangeA credit score range you select yourself. We do not pull your credit report and we do not perform a hard credit inquiry.
• Conversation recordsText messages, call records, and transcripts of conversations with Sarah, our AI assistant, so we can service your request.
• Technical dataIP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected to keep the service secure and working correctly.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, or full credit reports through this website, and we never sell your personal information.

To score and route your funding request, to send you deal alerts and lender offers, to answer your questions through Sarah (our AI assistant) by text, phone, or chat, to keep the service secure, and to comply with the law. We use aggregate, de-identified data to improve matching quality.

• Capital partnersWhen you submit a funding request, we share your deal details and contact information with independent lenders and brokers in our network so they can make you an offer. This is the core purpose of the service.
• Service providersTelnyx (text messaging and calls), Stripe (partner payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and Google Gemini (AI assistance). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal requirementsWhere required by law, subpoena, or to investigate fraud or protect the safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Text messaging consent is handled separately and is never shared or sold. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Full details, including message frequency and rates, are on our SMS Terms page.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We use basic, privacy-respecting traffic analytics to understand which pages people visit. We do not run third-party advertising trackers or build advertising profiles from your visit.

Funding requests and related conversation records are kept for up to 3 years so we can service the deal and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain it.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@888bankroll.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we honor the same requests from everyone regardless of where you live. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers, access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service, and partner access to a deal is scoped to that deal. No system is perfect — if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

This service is for business-purpose real estate financing and is not directed to anyone under 18.
