Capital Partner Network · Rules of Engagement

This network runs on SMS.

Deals move in hours, not days. Everything reaches you by text from ☎ 1-888-BANKROLL — and we expect a text back. These are the plain-English rules every Capital Partner agrees to.

01

Text-first, always

First-look alerts, reminders, and status requests arrive by SMS. There's no partner office line — text Sarah, or call 1-888-BANKROLL and ask for her.

02

Respond within 24 hours

An offer or an explicit "pass" both count. Not sure? Text Sarah and she'll review the file with you. Silence is the only wrong answer.

03

Weekly check-in

Once a week Sarah texts you for a status on open deals and asks how we can help. A one-line reply keeps you in good standing.

Communication rules

Short version: answer your texts, and tell us what's happening with the deal.

This network runs on SMS

Deal alerts, first-look offers, and reminders are delivered by text from 1-888-BANKROLL. There is no inbound office line for partners — if you need a human, text Sarah or call 1-888-BANKROLL and ask for her.

You must respond to deal texts

Reply to every first-look alert within 24 hours — an offer or an explicit pass both count. Silence is treated as a miss.

Expect a weekly check-in

Every week you'll get a short text from Sarah asking for a status on your open deals and whether you need anything. Keep us informed — a one-line reply is enough.

Sarah reviews the file

If you're unsure about a deal, text Sarah and she'll review it with you before you respond. Asking is never held against you; ignoring the text is.

One warning before anything happens

At 2 missed first-look leads you get a written warning by text and email. Nothing is retained and no metro is released until after that warning.

You can opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS means we can't route first-look deals to you, so your metro will be released with a full refund.

What counts as going dark

It's measured, not a judgment call. Either of these triggers the process:

  • 3 consecutive first-look leads with no response inside 24 hours
  • 21 consecutive days holding a metro with zero responses or offers

You always get a warning first

At 2 missed first-look leads we send you a written warning by text and email. Nothing is retained and no metro is released until after that warning — and replying to it resets your count.

Separately, an accepted offer that hasn't funded within 45 days is flagged as stalled. Sarah checks in with the borrower, and if the file is dead we may re-open it to the network.

Your $250 metro deposit

The deposit is a refundable priority hold on one metro and up to three field combinations. Here is exactly what happens to it in every scenario.

SituationDeposit outcome
Partner active, closes a deal through the network$250 credited against your 25% success fee at close
You release the metro voluntarily, in good standing (30-day notice)100% refunded to your original payment method (5–10 business days)
Went dark — 3 first-look leads with no response inside 24 hours, or 21 days of zero activity$100 retained as an advertising / placement fee, $150 refunded
Repeat offense after a prior warning, or metro held 60+ days with zero responsesFull $250 retained, metro released back to the network
Fraud, misrepresentation, or licensing violationFull $250 retained, account terminated

The $100 retained on a "went dark" release is an advertising and placement fee — it covers the marketing spend used to generate the first-look leads that were reserved for you and left unanswered. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The success fee remains a flat 25% of the funded loan, payable only when a deal closes.

Questions? Just ask Sarah.

Text or call ☎ 1-888-BANKROLL and she'll walk you through any of this — including a deal you're unsure about.
