Terms of Service

The Capital Connector is a marketing and matching network. We do not make loans, issue commitments, set rates, or underwrite files.

Every offer you receive comes from an independent capital provider who makes its own credit decision, sets its own terms, and is responsible for its own licensing and compliance. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or an offer of credit.

The financing discussed here is business-purpose only, secured by non-owner-occupied 1–4 unit residential, multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial real estate. We do not handle owner-occupied consumer mortgages. Availability, rates, and terms vary by lender, property, and jurisdiction.

That the information you give us is accurate and yours to share; that you are at least 18 and acting for a business purpose; and that we may share your request with capital partners in our network so they can contact you with offers. That sharing is the entire point of the service — if you don't want it, don't submit a request.

You may withdraw at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing support@888bankroll.com.

Sarah is an AI assistant. She helps you package a deal, answers questions, and summarizes offers. She is not a licensed loan officer, attorney, accountant, or financial adviser, and her output can be wrong. Verify anything that matters with the actual lender and with your own professionals before you rely on it.

Capital partners are accepted by invitation during our current beta. Partners agree separately to the Capital Partner Rules, which govern SMS response requirements, weekly check-ins, metro deposits, and refund or retention outcomes.

Capital partners pay no fee to receive a lead. We are paid a success fee of 25% of the partner's earned compensation only when a deal actually funds. Borrowers never pay us a fee.

Don't submit false or stolen information, don't scrape or resell our data, don't attempt to access another user's deal, and don't use the service for consumer-purpose lending or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any of the above.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer will close, or that any particular rate or timeline will be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Capital Connector is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or a deal that fails to close. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
