What this program is
Customer care and account notifications for real estate investors and capital partners who request financing information.
If you are an investor, we text you about your funding request: confirmation, questions from Sarah, lender offers, and status updates. If you are a capital partner, we text you first-look deal alerts, reminders, and a weekly check-in as described in the Capital Partner Rules.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by asking us on a call to text you. We do not add anyone to this program who did not ask for it, and we never buy phone number lists.
The consent language on our forms reads: “I agree to receive text messages from 888 BANKROLL (1-888-BANKROLL) about my funding request, including deal alerts, lender offers, and status updates. Message frequency varies by deal activity — typically 2 to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving financing.”
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — all of them work.
Changed your mind? Reply START to resubscribe, or call ☎ 1-888-BANKROLL. Opting out of texts never affects a deal that's already in progress — we'll reach you by phone or email instead.
How to get help
Reply HELP for program info and contact details, email support@888bankroll.com, or call ☎ 1-888-BANKROLL. You can also text HUMAN at any time and a real person from our team will follow up.
Cost and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply as set by your plan; we don't charge you anything to receive our texts.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and messages may not work on all handsets or in all areas.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Deal details are shared with capital partners only so they can make you an offer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced by text before they take effect.
