Desks start at $100/month and are priced by category band and territory; each additional category in that metro is its own desk. Every dollar paid on a metro is credited against your 25% success fee when a deal there funds. Cancel any month.
Desk fees are monthly advertising placements. If a new square produces zero first-look leads in 30 days, that month is refunded. Premium territories are marked before you pay.

Each desk fee turns on first-look routing for one loan category in one territory, across every lead tier, and funds the paid search, social, direct mail, and highway signage that produce those calls. That is less than a single day of Local Service Ads, and you never bid against another partner for the placement. When a deal you closed through us funds, every desk fee you have paid on that metro is credited against your 25% success fee.
Territories are shared, position is not.
Several partners can hold the same square. Desk holders are routed first, in fair rotation, weighted by the rates you told us you can actually deliver.

Submit the partner application and we email you a full onboarding brief: how a file is qualified and scored, how first-look texts and live call transfers work, what the deal brief contains, and exactly how the 25% success fee and the desk fee credit work. Read it, then pick your squares. Nothing is charged until you do.

You close a deal through the network in that metro
Every desk fee you've paid on that metro becomes a credit against your 25% success fee at close — capped at the success-fee amount, and never a cash refund. If we produce, the advertising ends up free
Your first 30 days on a new square produce zero first-look leads
That month is refunded in full to your card, no questions. We only get paid when the desk actually rings
You want out
Cancel any month in one text. The seat runs to the end of the paid period, then stops. No contract, no term, no clawback — you keep every deal already in your pipeline

Either way, the 24-hour response rule holds — an offer or a pass both count. Not sure about a file? Call or text Sarah and she'll review it with you. Expect a weekly check-in, and keep us posted on your open deals. Go dark on 3 first-look leads after a written warning and the desk seat is suspended — leads stop routing to that square until you reach Sarah to reactivate.

Desk fees are pooled, not banked. The majority of every dollar goes straight back out as co-marketing in the categories and metros our partners actually hold — the 1-888-BANKROLL number on highway signage, paid social, search, Craigslist, and Sarah's outbound follow-up. The remainder keeps the desk, the routing, and the phone line running so the program never depends on a deal closing to stay online.
Desks are billed monthly to the card you keep on file, and you can cancel any month in one text. There is no annual prepay and no term — we don't want a year of your money sitting in our account. On a funded deal, our referral fee is charged to that same card only after your compensation has been paid to you.
