Each desk you hold is one loan category in one metro, billed monthly from $100. Cancel any month in one text — the desk runs to the end of the period you already paid, then stops. There is no annual prepay, no 12-month commitment, and we never hold a year of your money.

Desk fees are charged to this card automatically.
You authorize us to charge the card you save here for the monthly desk fee on every square you hold, on the same date each month, until you cancel or remove the card. Amounts are shown on the square before you open it.

The funded referral fee is charged only after you get paid.
When a deal that reached you through 888BANKROLL funds, our fee is 25% of the compensation you earned on that deal. You authorize us to charge that amount to this card after your compensation has been disbursed to you. We are never a line item in escrow, we are never paid before you are, and we never take a share of the loan amount.

Every charge is itemized and announced.
Each charge is texted and emailed to you when it runs, with the deal or square it belongs to. If something looks wrong, text Sarah at 1-888-BANKROLL and we hold the charge while we sort it out.

You can replace or remove the card any time.
Removing the card pauses routing on your squares — it does not create a balance you owe us and it is not a penalty. Add a card back and routing resumes.

What we do with the money.
Desk fees are pooled into co-marketing across every platform we run and held in reserve to keep the program funded. They buy advertising placement and first-look priority in your category and metro. They are not a lead purchase, not a guarantee of volume, and not a deposit we hold for you.

You stay the licensed party.
888BANKROLL is a marketing and introduction service. We do not quote rates, negotiate terms, issue approvals, or handle loan documents. You are responsible for your own licensing, disclosures, and compliance on every deal you take.
Where your desk fee goes
Desk fees are pooled, not banked. The majority of every dollar goes straight back out as co-marketing in the categories and metros our partners actually hold — the 1-888-BANKROLL number on highway signage, paid social, search, Craigslist, and Sarah's outbound follow-up. The remainder keeps the desk, the routing, and the phone line running so the program never depends on a deal closing to stay online.
